What we collect
We receive the details you enter at checkout or send to support, such as your name, email, WhatsApp, country, and office details. We also receive the listing link and materials required to provide the service.
How we use it
We use this information to create your account, process payments through Stripe, produce and deliver the requested content, answer support questions, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
Providers and retention
Stripe processes payments. Supabase hosts operational data, and AgentMail handles support forwarded to support@getrecorrido.com. We retain information as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support@getrecorrido.com. To stop outreach messages, use the opt-out link or reply STOP, PARE, or BASTA in the original conversation.
